All Connecting London Services are running as expected.

We are proud to announce that all of the services that we provide; Hosted Email, Internet, Web Hosting, IT Support, Anti-spam have now been running without any kind of general fault since we moved to our new premises near London Bridge over a year ago.
Hot Weather affects computers and servers.

We are experiencing issues with some computers, laptops and servers due to the hot weather. If you do not have air conditioned offices or comms rooms then you should try and make sure your equipment is kept out of direct sunlight and preferably with a good flow of air. Computers do not like to get too hot. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Hosted mail server upgrade – Update

The mail server upgrade has been completed and all mail accounts are now running from the new servers.
Anyone still experiencing issues with their email accounts should contact our support department on 0870 770 5599. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
Service improvement begins with hosted mail server upgrade

In order to maintain the highest levels of service and reliability, we shall be upgrading our mail servers over the coming weeks. Those affected will receive notifications via email and it is hoped that any downtime and inconvenience will be minimised. This is part of an ongoing programme designed to improve and enhance services.
Connecting London moves to new offices near London Bridge

2008 was a busy year for Connecting London in many ways, not least of which was our move to new offices in SE1. The move has not only given us more room, including workshop space and server room, it has also given the support reps more individual and team space.
The fact that we frequently take care of moving our client’s IT systems meant we were well practiced and I can happily report it al went very well. Of course we currently still have the shop in Old Brompton Road, South Kensington where the Vodafone dealership is still goes strong; so we haven’t broken all the old links.
It is my hope that this new location will enable us to increase our service port folio and be able to provide better service and support to all our customers.
