Disaster Recovery

Does the thought of a major problem or disaster with your IT systems and the information it contains, send a shiver up your spine? Yes of course, at least for those business managers and staff who have reliance on the systems and the data kept on them. Yet it is still a fact that many companies do not address the issue of "Disaster Recovery;" to ascertain the levels of risk, the potential cost to the business and to find out what their options for protection against such an event are. Yes in some cases a complete "Disaster Recovery" solution can be expensive, but for many smaller companies, a less expensive solution that can at least avert a total disaster is better than doing nothing at all.
