You get highly detailed monthly service reports

You set your monthly maintenance allowance (MMA) which is counted in hours. Based on your business size, state of IT and industry we will be able to recommend a specific MMA quota. Over the month this allowance will be used up to maintain, upgrade and proactively monitor your systems. Additionally your team will be able to use these hours o get remote or onsite support.

Out Of Hours Service

All of our maintained clients gain access to our premium out of hours (OOH) service. It’s a 24×7 all year round support number for emergencies.

No strings attached – we help you only when you need us. A cost effective solution for companies which already have IT departments and need extra help with certain projects or for small businesses which don’t want a contract commitment.

Please note that we do not apply our service level agreements on our pay-as-you-go service and hourly rates are less favorable than in maintenance contract.
