1. Optimum technology procurement.
   Without professional IT staff, it's hard to stay abreast of the dynamic comms and computer technologies. Connecting London is up to date and objective: we recommend, procure and instal the most cost-effective products for you .
   

2. Training and familiarisation.
   Whether you need anything from start-from-scratch training to a brief familiarisation session on a new application, we'll work out your fastest route to competence and guide you along it.
   
   
3. Project development and support.
   For start-ups and new projects, we assign you your own Private Client Consultant to develop and commission your optimum solution. Fees and budgets are agreed in advance

Post-installation support, including call-outs, is provided by our Private Client Support team. Out of hours, and by arrangement, a Private Client Consultant is on duty to give phone advice.

Spread pre-agreed costs over time with a service contract and appropriate service level agreements; or pay as you go on an agreed call-out and hourly tariff. Click here for details
